The brokers we introduce you to are independent, licensed credit representatives regulated by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC). They operate under their own Australian Credit Licences (ACL) or are authorised representatives under an ACL.

Once introduced, your relationship is directly with the broker. Any advice, recommendations, or services provided are between you and that broker. We are not responsible for their advice or services.

4. No Guarantee

We do not guarantee:

• The availability of any particular lender or product
• The outcome of any broker introduction

5. Your Responsibilities

6. Free Service
